There are five board members that each serve on a three year term. The Bylaws dictate there will be at least three members and not more than seven members. Currently, the board consists of five members and these five members will determine who serves in each position: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Member-at-large, independent of the numbered position below.
